commonly called GDI+.

Version 5.1.3097.0 (old version)
Please unzip and save this file in the same folder of the application
or in the Windows system folder if you know how to do it.
Do not use this file under Windows XP or higher OS, because this file
is already included in these systems.
It is recommended that you download yourself the latest version of this
DLL from the Microsoft
MSDN site, you will need the redistributable version.
